Mr Ebibomo Mark Timitimi is a member of the board of trustees of the Ijaw Professional Association (IPA). He hails from Kaiama in the Kolokuma/Opokuma area of Bayelsa State. Mr Timitimi holds a Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Portharcourt and a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc) in Business Administration from the University of Lagos.

Mr Timitimi is an astute businessman and a key player in the Nigerian petroleum industry. Prior to venturing into private business, Mr Timitimi was the Managing Director/Chief Executive Officer of the defunct Allstates Trust Bank Ltd, a midsized bank that is now part of Eco Bank Plc. Mr Timitimi was also at a time, the Executive Vice Chairman/Chief Executive Officer of Linkage Assurance Plc where he lead the company to be listed on the Nigerian Stock Exchange. Mr Ebi Timitimi is a member of several clubs including the Ikoyi Club 1948. Mr Timitimi is happily married with children.
