  1. Expansion/Increase of the existing (Zonal) structure of IPA.
  2. Drive new Membership Drive eastwards to PH and Westward to Warri, Benin and
  3. Attract younger persons of Ijaw extraction
  4. Remove barriers to membership
  5. To create an enabling environment for members to exchange ideas, information and experiences as professionals and working closely with other ijaw associations with similar objectives.
