Capt Prekeme Porbeni rtd. was a measurable, result-oriented professional, with a successful record of accomplishments in the aviation industry. He was a well seasoned pilot of both the national airline Nigeria Airways and The Presidential fleet with extensive experience in management, ground operations, operational logistics, operational safety, conflict resolution, crisis management and special operations. With seven professional type ratings, he flew the F-27, F-28, HS 125, B-737, B727, Airbus A-310 and DC 10-30 aircraft and flew five heads of states and foreign dignitaries.

Capt. Porbeni also was a manager and administrator as first Flight Safety officer and accident investigator, Operational Auditor, accident investigator, Special Adviser to The CEO on automation, Head of Central Operations Control, Director of Ground Operations and Director of Marketing in Nigeria Airways.

He is a trainer for increased performance like “anger management”, “process mapping”, “time management” and operational efficiency.

After retirement from active service, he worked as Director of Operations with a Cargolux service company and latter also with Skypower Aviation Handling Company (SAHCO). He served in the last few years as the Senior Manager Aviation, and latter as Aviation Consultant for The Presidential Amnesty Program (PAP) training pilots and aircraft technicians.
He is a board of trustee member of Aviation Round Table (an advisory group of veterans of the aviation industry). He is also an executive member of the Ijaw Elders Forum. He has never been indicted for incompetence, security or corruption.
